Ibrahim Rafi

Ibrahim joined the Sandes Avenue Dental Practice team after relocating to the UK in 2022 from Pakistan, where he completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2019. He went on to earn his Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing learning and clinical excellence.

Now settled with his family in Preston, Ibrahim is passionate about preventative dentistry and has a special interest in periodontal care, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease. Known for his calm and patient-focused approach, he works closely with individuals to help them feel confident and comfortable, taking the time to explain every step of their care.

He believes in building trust through communication and empowers his patients with the knowledge they need to take control of their oral health.

Outside of dentistry, Ibrahim is a big fan of the Lake District and enjoys weekend walks through the fells and countryside with his wife and young daughter. He’s also a lifelong Manchester United supporter and is always up for a chat about the latest match, so feel free to ask him for the score next time you visit!
